Pomysł polega na umieszczeniu wejścia np. do portalu nr1 na jednym poziomie oraz wyjścia z niego na kolejnym by wjechać na górę oraz adekwatnie; wejścia do portalu nr2 na górnym poziomie oraz wyjścia z portalu nr2 piętro niżej by zjechać zpowrotem windą w dół.
W budynkach wspomnianego simowego architekta dghmac portale zostały umieszczone oddzielnie w dwóch małych pomieszczeniach symulujących windy jednak w tutorialu poniżej uprościłem pomysł stawiając od razu wejście do portalu nr1 oraz wyjście z portalu nr2 w jednym oraz wyjście z portalu nr1 z wejściem do portalu nr2 w drugim pomieszczeniu symulującym windę.
Obiekty znajdziemy w trybie Debug po wpisaniu słowa "portal".
Wystarczy dowolną z tak przygotowanych wind postawić na jednym piętrze i drugą na kolejnym które ma być dostępne dla simów.
Możemy także postawić windy na przemian na wielu piętrach. To będzie przydatne do zbudowania własnego apartamentowca lub innego wysokiego budynku.

Thanks to Ela (@kreatora) I got to the creator with the nickname @dghmac in The Sims4 gallery, who, among others, in this building used portals from the "Land of Magic" DLC to create working lifts in The SIms4 game without mods.
The idea is to place the entrance, for example, to the portal No. 1 on one level and the exit from it on the next to go up and adequately; entrances to portal No. 2 on the upper level and exits from portal No. 2 on the lower floor to take the elevator back down.
In the buildings of the aforementioned sim architect dghmac, the portals were placed separately in two small rooms simulating lifts, but in the tutorial below I simplified the idea by putting the entrance to portal No. 1 and the exit from portal No. 2 in one and the exit from portal No. 1 with the entrance to portal No. 2 in the second simulating room elevator.
Objects can be found in Debug mode after entering the word "portal".
It is enough to put any of the elevators prepared in this way on one floor and the other one on the next, which is to be available for sims.
We can also place elevators alternately on multiple floors. It will be useful to build your own apartment building or other tall building.
